Biafra: MASSOB Splits Again As Faction Accuse Uwazurike Of Sabotage

ENUGU — A new internal crisis has confronted The Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) as members accuse their leader, Ralph Uwazurike, of sabotage and inconsistency in the fight for Biafra.

Members of new faction led Chief Okorie Nzube, who made this known in Enugu on Wednesday, criticized Uwazurike by faulting the apology he offered to Ohanaeze Ndi Igbo.

Okoro accused Uwazurike of working for the federal government of Nigeria and conspiring with Ohanaeze to sabotage the efforts of other Biafra groups fighting to restore Biafra independence.

“We believed in him, but today he has failed us by allowing politicians to use him against the interests of Ndigbo and others,” Okoro added.
