Since the announcement of the infection of the Chief of Staff to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with Coronavirus, little or no news have been heard about his whereabout.
Considering the number of public figures who have announced their infection with the deadly virus and the fact that many of them have tested negative to the virus, this prompts to ask about the whereabouts of the Chief of staff.
Few weeks ago, the UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, announced in a video that he had been tested positive, later it was announced that he was admitted in the hospital, and thereafter it was also announced that he had been transferred to the intensive care Unit and now that he has been discharged.
This is the kind of transparency that Nigerians demand from our leaders, making everything secret will always leads to insinuation and insinuation will lead to fake news.
We can say the Nigerians leaders are the originators of fake news with prevalent attitude of hidden everything from their followers.
When Boris Johnson was passing through all the above mentioned stages, i personally prayed for him and i believe many people will do as well.
Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State and Ballah Muhammed of Bauchi State have announced that they’re now freed from the virus.
Nigerians are however asking about the Chief of Staff to the President, as the Lagos State Commissioner for health, Professor Akin Abayomi denied having knowledge of his whereabouts.
Tell Nigerians about his wellbeing and stop hiding what is not necessary to be hidden.
