Folarin Falana, a Nigerian musician better known as Falz, has asked former senator Dino Malaye to stop pretending as if he is with the youths protesting against police brutality especially by the notorious police unit called Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), and demanding for better governance.
This followed after Dino Malaye twitted on Saturday, asking the federal government of Nigeria to work with the citizens whom he said have now woken up from slumber.
“Government have no power in our extant laws to ban protest. So Government must realise that the people have woken up from their slumber. Work with the people or welcome a REVOLUTION,” Malaye said.
Falz who saw the tweet as an attempt by Malaye to exonerate self from the ills in Nigeria, replied him in pidgin English; “Oga no dey form like say you dey with us! We go soon face una matter #ENDSARS”.
