Rivers: Wike Had Meeting With Lawyers For Execution Of IPOB Members — Kanu

The leader of the indigenous peoples of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has revealed that the governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, had held a meeting with lawyers in order to enable security operatives boycott the legal process and execute IPOB members arrested in the state.

Kanu’s complaint follows a report released Thursday which found that at least 17 IPOB members were executed at Oyigbo LGA as soldiers raid communities in Rivers State, in a hunt for members of the LGA. ‘IPOB.

“Nyesom Wike, the little Hitler of Rivers State had a closed door meeting with lawyers where he instructed them that any arrested IPOB member should not be brought to court but rather should be executed by the army & police. That Wike may know that we know. Vengeance is the Lord’s,” Nnamdi Kanu said in a tweet on Friday.

On Wednesday, Governor Nyesom Wike signed an executive order reinforcing the ban on the group’s activities.

Wike also directed security agencies and the chairmen of local government areas to fish out and resolutely deal with any members of IPOB found in any community.
